Rules of Golf

The English Golf Union provides assistance to the R & A by offering advice & guidance on the Rules of Golf & Amateur Status.

When required we run a Referees School to provide qualified referees for the English Golf Union Tournment Panel. Many of these go on to gain very high pass marks in the annual R & A Referee's School at St Andrews.

In 2010 we are also running a Rules School for club members and club staff who are interested in furthering their rules knowledge and gaining EGU accreditation.
